Promotion and Prevention in Mental Health (PPMH-Journal) (e-ISSN: 2807-7148, p-ISSN: 2807-7784) is a scientific journal published by PT. Saintek Medika Nusantara. It serves as a platform for researchers, academics, and practitioners (nurses, psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals) to publish scholarly work in the field of mental and psychosocial health promotion and prevention, focusing on individuals, families, and communities.

This journal aims to support the advancement of evidence-based practice, nursing interventions, and mental health policy development. It publishes original research and review articles relevant at both national and international levels, written in English.

PPMH-Journal is an open access journal, which means all content is freely available to the public without charge. Copyright remains with the authors, and all publications are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license.

All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process, which takes approximately two months. The journal publishes biannually in February and August, in online versions, since its inaugural issue in February 2021.

To ensure long-term digital preservation and access, this journal is integrated with the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS (Controlled Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe).
